How is this different from Google Sheets or Notion?

Sheets and Notion require you to build and maintain everything yourself. Student Portal is purpose-built for tutors — payment reminders, student invites, homework submissions, and Google Calendar sync work out of the box.

Can I accept online payments through the platform?

You can track payments and send reminders through Student Portal. For online payment processing, we integrate with Paddle (international) and Monobank (Ukraine).

Does it work with Zoom or Google Meet?

Yes. You can attach Zoom or Google Meet links to scheduled lessons. Students see the link directly in their portal dashboard.

What countries is it available in?

Student Portal is available worldwide. The interface supports English and Ukrainian. Payments are processed via Paddle in all supported countries.

How do my students access their account?
