2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts, except where required by applicable law.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscription payments are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by applicable law or if a billing error occurred.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the charge date. We will review each case and issue a refund when appropriate.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
